I just had my breakfast -- which was, as usual, tea and toast -- but having seen the "All Day Breakfast"*, a guaranteed Pound O' Food, I will probably skip lunch.

Probably not -- and I'll bet that the restaurant meals actually have real eggs, not egg substitute.

A lot of the problem with this meal is that it has to survive being frozen; that does Weird Shit to things like eggs and pancakes. (The writer didn't say much about the pancakes, but to me they looked as if they'd be dry and flavorless.) And the hash browns (what's with this "home fries" bit? Those aren't any variety of fries at all) probably were underdone -- it's hard to combine all those disparate things and have them cook evenly in the same amount of microwave time, and potatoes take a lot longer than reheating pancakes.
