I just had my breakfast -- which was, as usual, tea and toast -- but having seen the "All Day Breakfast"*, a guaranteed Pound O' Food, I will probably skip lunch.

I'm more appalled by the excess of salt! A hearty breakfast is a good idea before an active day, as I well remember from my visit to Scotland. :-)
