I just had my breakfast -- which was, as usual, tea and toast -- but having seen the "All Day Breakfast"*, a guaranteed Pound O' Food, I will probably skip lunch.

Fortunately, megamole is on my friends list, so I saw this article a week or so ago, before I got the stomach upset that knocked me out for the whole of yesterday (I've just had a nice light breakfast and it's stayed down, so I'm clearly on the mend).

If I'd seen it for the first time this morning, I suspect it would have grievously delayed my recovery!
