And if those guys could maintain a 6 mph pace (3.5 mph is a rather fast walking pace and what's recommended for walkers at my workplace's fitness center) while playing, they're to be commended.
Granted, doing cosplay while treading is hysterical, but the whole treadmill-while-playing thing...

Date: 2008-08-28 07:16 pm (UTC)When I was using it regularly, I was able to knock 20 points off my blood sugars (huzzah for type 2 diabetes) and had somewhat improved in other numbers.
This worked when surfing LJs, playing City of Heroes, and even sometimes working from home.
However, due to an illness I stopped... and as with many other Good Ideas I have to overcome massive mental inertia to get it going again.
