While working on something else, I just caught a teaser on Euronews about this exhibition marking the reopening of the National Palace Museum in Taiwan.
I'm a sucker for antique porcelain, and this stuff is sublime.
(BTW, Gung hei fat choi, everybody. It's the Year of the Fire Pig, which is supposed to be good for us Dragons. We'll find out...)

Date: 2007-03-14 05:05 pm (UTC)Honestly, I'm getting almost sick of seeing all the pig things everywhere...I live in Taiwan (Rotary Youth Exchange). ^..^ It was fun at first, "yay, the year of the pig!" etc., but...now it's mildly smothering, all that pork. *grins*
At...one of the museums in Taipei, I forget just which, there's this Jade Cabbage. It was one of the most pointless things I've ever encountered, but still pretty. You can probably find pictures of it online. ^^
