Seriously. Find your Celestial Choir

(It puts me in the Elohim. Interesting: I didn't know they were a Choir: I'd have thought they were sort of up at the demiugic level, like an early version of the Powers that Be. Oh well -- I guess the mileage of angelicness can vary, these days.)

Heh. Whoever put the quiz together used the Celestial Choirs as seen in the In Nomine rpg from Steve Jackson Games. (http://www.sjgames.com/in-nomine/) Player characters are angels or demons, usually assigned to earth duty. It aims vaguely at a Good Omens sort of feeling, but can be brighter or darker, depending on how the GM and players want to handle it. It's amusing.

(Personal bias as a writer on the line admitted.)

In the game, Elohim are the objective, sensible, greater-good, often a bit cold-blooded types, very good at empathy and extrapolating emotional responses, but not particularly warm and fluffy. The Archangel of Lightning (also in charge of technological development, aka "making sure the talking monkeys don't blow themselves up too soon", is an Elohite.

Aha, the "Michael Power". (http://www.youngwizards.com/ErrantryWiki/index.php/Michael_Power) I thought as much. :) One of my favorites.

...considering the In Nomine take on Michael (Seraph With Attitude), vs. Lightning...

I'll be sitting over here giggling at the juxtaposition.

Also giggling like a fangirl, shocked by the temerity of posting on your LJ.

(And now fleeing to get kid to preschool.)

So would the Michael Power also show up as Saint Barbara? :)
