You've seen that Governor-General stuff going on here in Ottawa in your news feeds over the last week or so? Between that, and the Alberta stuff, I swear Canada's gone a little Trek-mad.

(Although it IS somewhat ameliorated by playoff hockey syndrome right now. Blasted Penguins!)

Well if ysterday's news is anything to go by, Ryan Air has to suck it in and take it. EU regs say they have to compensate. Serves them right for not working harder to get people home, hotel bills then would have been cheaper.
