This is random, but I just wanted to say thank you for setting up your tweets to post behind an lj cut. When I was browsing my f-list just now, the post immediately above yours was a rant about the people who don't do this, and your post was right there as an example of consideration for others.

I've just finished AWOM, and I have a couple of questions. First, and more significant, why does Dairine mention "a few thousand degrees K" in reference to the training sun? Unless she's using a Wellakhit scale that happens to abbreviate as K, shouldn't that be "a few thousand Kelvins", or perhaps "a few kK"?

Second, what did happen in 1652? I want to know the story of the Romanian vampires.
