From what I've heard thus far of upload/download caps - mostly the furor they triggered when most of the big telcos wearing their ISP hats here in Canada brought them in over the objections of their subscribers and resellers, supported by the regulatory middle finger of the CRTC - they should only die a flaming, screaming, painful death.
