Is Omnitopia Dawn only in hardcover (I'll buy it anyway, but I prefer paperbacks for space reasons)? It seems that A Wizard of Mars is being published simultaneously in paperback and hardcover.

(Amazon.com also seem to think that you and Peter are the same person, doing a search on either brings up books by the other as well (and not just the co-authored ones). It seems that they have caught Google Syndrome, as in "show everything which may be vaguely related in the hope that the customer will buy more stuff", as opposed to "show what the customer actually requested"...)
