I got a netbook this week (white Asus eee PC 1005P) and I nicknamed it Spot (I had to think of something to name it quite quickly). It had Windows7-Starter on it, but I removed that and installed Ubuntu. Today was the first time I brought it with me to class and the girl next to me thought it was a Mac.
And on my desktop computer, I have the wallpaper of Spot from your website. Then my boyfriend [who has a white Macbook] asked whose Mac that was! (I told him I got it from your website and that it was the "real Spot" and pointed to the Wizards books in the bookcase next to my computer - I'll let him read those sometime too [he's reading through my fantasy books at the moment], I think he'll like them!). I told him a bit about Spot in the books and he said "Wow, cool :D !" [in Dutch of course].
