I find his style new and unique. Specifically, Samurai Jack, which is easily reproducable by me, who has no hand at drawing whatsoever. I like the morals and general 'goodness' of SJ.
When I got S2 as an extra they compared actual martial arts moves to the cartoon moves, and found that you can tell what is being performed. I liked the exactness of it.
I've seen limited amounts of the Clonewars cartoon, but I do like that as well. I think it's the way that he captures the motion.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the E-surance commercials are his too, they have his style all over it, but I don't know how to find out for sure.
I haven't clicked the link yet. I have no idea who Lou Romano is. For one very brief momment, my brain processed Lou Albano, the guy who played the live version of Mario in the Super Mario Brothers Super Show. For a few momments there, I wondered what he drew...
Now I'm going to click the link and learn about someone new. :)
