Onfolio enables you to save entire wep pages, even web sites, for offline viewing...
This functionality has been around for about 12 years, in the form of wget (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wget). I'd encourage you to look for other ways to display your research, since your fans who don't use Internet Explorer won't be able to use Onfolio. :(
