Back when you had the Black Friday sale, I purchase some ebooks using the starlightguiltfriday code. Payment went through just find. I never got the link to download the books. I e-mailed the person who was listed on your site to e-mail. She finally got back to me, said there'd been server issues and that she was telling the system to re-send the links and to contact her with any other problems. That was back on the 2nd/3rd of December. I've still not got the links to download the books. Is there anything I can do about that? (I can provide the confirmation number and book titles if necessary.)
