I have a bad habit of bending forks when I'm stirring dough. Guess I'm too strong.
I saw one of those dough whisks in Reader's Digest years ago and made a mental note to get one, and I never have. Now I have the King Arthur Flour shop bookmarked. I *will* order one after our move is done.
