I've been mirroring for a couple of weeks -- since the New Year, in fact: so far it doesn't seem to be creating too many problems. As far as comments go, when I have time to comment, I will: when I don't, I won't. Happens I was at the machine doing research for most of the day, so it hasn't been a problem.
That the "silly fan mail" post should come up today (when a lot of people seem to be noticing the LJ, for some reason) is probably just a coincidence.
LJ better enables a conversation than the normal blog-style interface - and *cough* someone other than you was remarkably lacking in better stuff to do today.
I'm going to have to compose a new law. The Bellinghman's first law of LiveJournal: the number of posts to an LJ entry is proportional to the square of the number of otherwise unoccupied participants.
besides, how else would someone see this - http://www.youtube.com/w/Toei-spiderman%3A-Introduction?v=hmGWxqFh1OY&search=toei%20spiderman if not for spending the day on the internet? (ok, I found it from my sister spending the day browsing the internet, but whatever.
