And now we have an exact airing date: March 27-28.

But as usual I foresee that this slight misunderstanding of the source material is going to ruffle some feathers here and there:

And the DVD is now out in the UK - we received our copy yesterday from Sendit.com (under the 'Sword of Xanten' title, naturally).

I really hate 'film poster' lettering - it makes it nearly impossible to read the cast and crew. Even when I know that you, he and Uli are listed as the writers, I had difficulty making it out.

Fairly good review of the DVD in SFX magazine, by the way. Even if the reviewer suffered a major brainfart and thought Uli was Uwe Boll.

And after watching the extras, I don't want to meet Kristanna in a dark alley with an ax, not unless she's on my side.

Yes indeed. We saw some of the "training dailies" that didn't make it into the DVD. She was very, very good with the quarterstaff that they were using instead of a spear. I wouldn't mess with her any time she was near a broomstick or mop handle. :)
