After thinking about it for a while, I figured out that I could do it by not logging in to Paypal at all and just giving them my credit card info without connecting it to my Paypal account. I found it really odd that they insisted that you required credit card payment rather than bank account payment considering that Paypal charges some sellers extra money when people use credit cards.
