I, for one, welcome our undead chelonian overlords.

-- Steve has yet to see either movie; and a clean miss on the Hugo-nominated novels too. It's like he's living under a rock or something.

Well if they travelled back in time they probably could!
Though I think they would be on their side and not against them!

the 300 deserves to get knocked off its top slot, especially by the turtles!

That's the best movie matchup since "Passion of the Christ" competed with "[Whatever Time of Day It Was] of the Dead," inspiring headlines of "Jesus vs. the Zombies."

Well, I remember one from long ago -- saw it at a six-plex on Ventura Boulevard, the three signs stacked side by side to produce --

ALIEN MEATBALLS ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ

They had that marquee on the East Coast too. Another great one from much longer ago
"The Bride Wore Black" and selected shorts.

Better than the one showing "Blow", "Josie and the Pussycats", and "Someone Like You". On the marquee "Blow" was listed between the other two.

"We! Are TURTLES!"

hee, same number of syllables.

"This is madness!"

"This is Turtle Power!"

And on an utterly unrelated note I just post a mini-review of the first two Young Wizards book on my LJ, and why I prefer them to Harry Potter. link (http://jeriendhal.livejournal.com/322080.html#cutid1)

(Not to diss HP fans, I'm just expressing with Young Wizards appeals to me in particular.)
