Here are more specs (http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/09/the-apple-iphone/). It quotes a five hour battery life for talk or video, which could mean a lot of time on the charger. There's no word on standby time yet. I hope that it has a "hold" switch on it, because touch screen buttons on a phone can lead to a lot of accidental dialing. I'm actually glad that we're too broke to afford a $499 phone (with contract from Cingular) at present. What with extra charges for your email and downloads, that phone could end up costing you a really pretty penny.

I think I'll stick with my current smartphone for now. I really like have a qwerty keyboard for text entry. This sure is pretty, though.

Which is probably why I'm still waiting for the WizPod software to show up on my iPod. I've got 30 gigs free for it, for Pete's sake!
