You forgot (3) people who prefer cake cones that don't have the pointy leaky tip, and (4) people who cut straight to the chase and have it in a cup. :-)

31 Flavors used to have a Mandarin Chocolate Sherbet that was to die for -- think Terry's dark-chocolate oranges in ice-cream form. Sadly, I think they eliminated it (along with every other one of my favorite flavors) sometime in the 90s.
